With its simple tubular structure, it can heat water flow inside the tube. Electric Circuit printed on tube surface, to heating the water flow inside. It can perfect replace traditional stainless steel electric heating tube.

24 thick film instant water heater element is mainly applied in quick heating or fluid continuous heating. In order to get continuous hot water in target temperature, NTC temp sensors, water pump and electric control system are required to work with TF Heater Element.

2)It'll help customers to understand how thick film heater works and to learn more thick film heater applications in new model R&D.The Electric Thick Film Instant Heating Testing Kit is assembled by Thick Film Heater Element, DC Membrane Pump, PCB control system, LCD Display, Touch Buttons etc.
3) It can realize three different power, such as 685w,1365w,2050w on one heating tube, which means you can connect the suitable power with your requirement.Power can be selected to provide a high-quality solution for achieving low-temperature effluent, and it can make sure the stability of water outflow with different temperature. We use wire socket to connect wires, which is different with old method welding, and it can make the connecter more stable and safety.

2).How to install Thick Film Heater Tube/Element?
Xinxiang JIEDA Precision Electronics Co., Ltd.Thick Film Heater Element is required to vertical mounted, and avoided to horizontal or inclined mount.
That's to prevent DRY HEATING in partial area caused by horizontal mounting, inclined mounting and vapor return.
3)How to get the suitable model for our application?
Xinxiang JIEDA Precision Electronics Co., Ltd.We need to know the water temperature in inlet and outlet port, the water flow rate, connection port requirements and other special requirements.
4)What's the operation attentions?
.①The temperature ramp-up above 80°C/s, please make sure the tube fulfilled with water before use.
② Please install it vertically, make sure water flow direction from bottom to top, to prevent dry heating in partial area of heating tube.
③ Set the minimum flow rate according to tubes' power watts, ensure smooth flowing of water, to prevent vaporizing and dry heating.
④. Make sure reliability grounding.
