1. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
We are factory and our MOQ is 1 set.
2. What are your payment terms?
We accept the following payment terms:
1) T/T: We need 50% deposit before mass production and the balance need to be paid before shipment.
2) LC: We accept 100% irrevocable LC at sight
3) West union pay: We accept 100% West union pay.
3. Are you a trading company or factory?
We are a factory with 6000 square meters and the annual turnover is 9 million USD (year 2020). We are just one hour by car or train from Shanghai air port. We can pick you up at the air port for factory visiting.
4. Can I check the machine or send some one to check the machine?
Yes, your are welcome to inspect the machine before shipment, or you can send the third part to do the inspection.
5. What information should give to you if I want to get a quotation?
-The food products you intend to produce;
-Requirements of the food products, like size, weight and others;
-If possible, please provide also pictures and videos for reference.
6. . What is your guarantee?
We provide one year guarantee for the main part (PLC, engine and motor). We also provide life service for our machine.
7. What's your after-sale service?
Before the shipment, we will have test run for the customer and provide test run video. When customer received the machine, we will provide online service by Email, calling or video for assistance. If needed, we can send our engineer for service.
8.What is your lead time ?
If we have stock, we need 3-5 days to deliver the goods. If the product is out of stock, we need 10-25 days to produce depending on the model and quantity.
9. What is your delivery term?
We can do FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP according to your request.
10. I have no experience to import from China. Can you help me?
Yes, we can deliver the goods to place you want. What you need to do is to pick up the machine.
11. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
OEM: yes, we can accept your ideas and designs. We can print or stamp your logo and name on the machine for OEM orders.
ODM: ODM are also welcomed! We have 12 years experience in food making machinery. Our engineer will design the machine according to your request.
