1. What's your MOQ for  carpet tile?

For our regular item, no MOQ limited, any quantity is ok. 

2. Can I get free sample?

Yes, free sample are available,freight collect.

Please let me know if you have any express account for us to use, so the parcel can be sent via "freight collect".

If you do not have any account, we would caculate the freight cost and issue an invoice to you for payment arrangement.

3. What's your packing?

Normally, 20pieces (5sq. meter)per carton and then bulk on pallet. 

4. What's your delivery time?

1-3 workdays for stocks carpet, 15-25days for bulk order. 20-30days for custom order.

5. What's your payment terms?

30% advance payment by T/T, balance payment should be paid before shipment.
