1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000 pieces. But we accept a smaller quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need. We will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quantity of products and know our service.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure! We are glad to provide samples for you before you place an order. You just need to pay for the freight. And, charge of samples is refundable if your quantity is up to 5,000 pieces.
3. How long is the sample leadtime?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. If you want samples of your own design, it takes 5-10 days, and the time depends on whether your designs need new production technologies.
4. How long is the production leadtime?
It takes 35 days for MOQ. Our large production capacity can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. Can you help us produce our packages?
Sure. You can provide your own design, and we will help produce them.
6. Can you help us develop our own products?
OEM projects are accepted. We have professional workshops for doing OEM business. Please contact us to know more!
7. What formats of files do you need if I want my own design?
We have our designers. So JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and others are accepted. We can make 3D drawing for molds or printing screen for your final confirmation based on techniques.
8. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone Color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
9. What certificates do you have?
FDA, LFGB, REACH, BSCI, SGS, etc.
10. What is the payment term?
L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal are accepted.
