3. If got broken powders in my products . What should I do?

Generally, broken rate 1%-3% is normal ,as eyeshadow is easy-broken items during the cruel transportation .We would try our best to pack them well and protect them from damage ,or reduce the damage rate to the lowest .So please check the goods condition when you received,if found broken items more than 3% ,take all the broken items in one picture within 3 days ,we will apply and compensate at your next order .
