Q2. Can the printer only work on flat surface?
A: Not only flat surface. If print on round surface is ok too. We offer the metal plate to help for printing on it if manual print.
Q3. Can the mark be erased easily after printing?
A: Basically speaking, some materials might be erasable if you erase very hard or scratch with hard tool, such as glass material.
Q4. How long will it take for the ink to become dry?
A: Usually 3-5 seconds.
Q5. How soon can deliver after payment? How long time on the way?
A: We could send within one or two days after getting payment if less than 10pcs. If send by express, it will take about 8-10days.
Q6.Could we change boot screen of printer as our logo?
A:Yes, we could make it.
Q7. How many lines can printer do? How long the ink cartridge last?
A: We suggest 1-5 lines. More lines makes each line too small to see. One ink cartridge could print at least 100,000 characters.
