DZ-600-2SB double chamber pneumatic vacuum packaging machine, a lid operates alternatively cover the two vacuum chambers in order to improve the working efficiency, when one of them is proceeded vacuuming, the other could be used to accommodate contents. Scope Of Application

The sealing bar length of DZ-600-2SB double chamber vacuum packaging machine is up to 600mm, it's applicable to vacuum packing every kinds of food, medican, sea food, chemical product and electrical product.



Technical Characters

1. Microcomputer control system which is used for precise and stable setting vacuuming and sealing time according to different packing material and packing requirement, easily for operation.

2. With big capacity vacuum pump which could achieve maximum vacuum degree in short time and improve working effiency.

3. The machine is adpot flat vacuum chabmer design, it's easily for clean during the operation. The main structure of the machine is made of #304 stainless steel.

4. The "V" shaped chamber lid gasket made of high-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work. The compression and wearing resistance of the material extends the service life of the sealing tape and reduces change frequency.

5. Especially design for the floated vacuum pump, which is operation more easily and improved the working efficiency.

6. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch which can be pressed in case of abnormal condition to terminate all ongoing work programs to guarantee the safety of equipment and personnel.
