Motorized Brush Belt Cleaner (DB-XQ-I)
DB-XQ-I is a motorized brush style conveyor belt cleaner installed under the return belt of the conveyor.It has cylindrical nylon brush and tips of the brush touch the belt surface gently. The rotating brush turns in the opposite direction of the belt.Therefore, it brushes away the sticky materials into the funnel.
Features:
1) Replaceable brush tips: 12 brush strips for each brush roller, just remove worn strips and insert new strips, no need replace whole brush roller, very cost-efficient.
2) Spiral brush cleaner uses 1.5mm nylon 66 bristles wrapped in spiral around the hub
3) Specialty brush cleaner: food grade, high temperature, fertilizer, etc.
