This machine is designed by standard CAD module. Each part can be moved by gear and ground rack .

All gears train have been quenched with high frequency and elaborate milling.

All gears and shaft with expansion sleeve type keyless connection mechanism, to avoid central wear, so that the printing machine can maintain a long life overprinter accuracy.

The lead edge feeder adopts the high quality cam mechanism control so that curved cardboard can be accurately transmitted.

Repeated orders can be stored and recalled by PLC control, easy and fast to set-up orders, and more convenient to operate. Dedicated computer control desk is provided.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system that keeps the lubricant levels in all of units uniform at all times.

With the function of automatic locking , convenient and fast.

All units of the machine can be separated automatically or manually, and an audible alarm sounds during the opening and closing for safe operation.
