Q1:  Is it easy to operate your machine?

A1: Yes, very easy. No need special training actually, we will send you operation videos, and you or your worker will clearly know how to operate and how to adjust the height. 

Of course, if you feel necessary to be trained, customer could come to our factory, or we send technician to customer's country.

 

Q2: what is the power supply of machine?

A1: generally it is 380V, 3PH, 50HZ, but we could also make 400V/420V/440V/ 50HZ/60HZ, as customer requires.

 

Q3: what is the steel bar diameter your machine could deal with?

A3: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm etc. One machine work with one wire diameter.

 

Q4: what is the machine warrenty:

A4: 13 months after machine delivering from our factory. ( we give one month more for considering shipping time)
