Product introduction
This mixing machine is to mix, blend and homogenize the material to produce all kinds of liquid product. The mixer can be standardized and user-friendly according to the requirements of the production process, it is widely used in manufacturing liquid soap, dishwasher, handwashing, liquid detergent, laundry detergent, shower gel, hair conditioner, shampoo etc. It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge finished products. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.

 

Performance and features
1. The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment, so that high quality products with different processes can satisfy customer requirements.
2. The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials (such as AES, AESA, LSA, etc.) during the liquid detergent production process so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.
3. The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully onforms to GMP requirements.
4. The tank can heat and cool materials according to customer requirement. There are two heating methods for your choise, steam or electric heating.
5. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.
6. This mixing machine can be customized from 50-5000L. 
7. It can also be customized without heating and homogenizing functions. 
8. The body is mirror polishing, and with three layers stainless steel plate, inner material is SUS316L, outer and middle are SUS304.

Product pictures

Mixing paddle, made of SUS316L, adopt the frame structure mixing paddle and wall scrap paddle. the ,mixing speed is 0-63 rpm. the tank body is mirror polishing. there are three layers of the tank, inner is SUS316L, middle and outer are SUS304 stainless steel.

Homogenizer, made of SUS316L, the rotation speed is 0-3000 rpm.

Button control panel, push the button to adjust the mixing, homogenizing, heating etc. easy to learn and operate.

Bottom discharge, open the valve, the material can discharge directly. If the material is with high viscosity, it is better to connect the pump to transfer the material. Bottom motor, provide the power to homogenizer, stable and powerful.

1.What about your factory?

    Our factory is located in Jiangsu province and the showroom is in Guangzhou, China. We have over 17 years experience on cosmetic machinery making.

2.What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
   Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem can be solved by your workers, we will send you solution by video or pictures. If the problem is out of your control, our engineer will be sent to your factory (customer will pay for the fee during the trip).

3.What about after sale service?
   We provide one year warranty period for all equipment, such as vacuum emulsifying mixer machine,  liquid washing mixer machine, automatic filling machine, semi auto filling machine, etc. During the warranty time, if you have some questions about the machine, you can contact us and we will try our best to help you.

4. How to finish installing?
   Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.

    All our machines will be tested before packaging. Teaching video and packing pictures will be sent to you for checking,we promise that our wooden packaging is strong enough and safety for long delivery.
