Using methord:

 

Automatic Car Wash Machine

1.       Dissolve a packet of car wash powder into 2kg of water to become 2.5kg of car wash liquid (Suggest to use warm water in winter with better effect).And then set the proportioning pump to the scale of 4% with the dissolved car wash liquid.

2.       Spray the car wash liquid evenly when the car drives into the Car Wash.

3.       Adjust the car washing machine’s pressure to above 60kg.

4.       After flushing, immediately dry the car with a big towel.

(Remarks: The actual dilution ratio is 1:125)

High Pressure Sprayer Car Wash

1.       Dissolve a packet of car wash powder into 50kg of water with a bucket(dilution ratio 1: 90-130)

2.       Spray the car wash liquid evenly on the car with a professional spraying machine.

3.       Use above 6Mpa pressure fan-shaped guns to rinse off at an angle of 45 degree to the car paint and at a distance of 15-20cm, from the bottom to top, and pay attention to the gaps.

4.       For white cars, please use above 7Mpa pressure fan-shaped guns.

5.       After rinsing, immediately dry the car with big towel.

Fine Cleaning Shop

1.       Dissolve a packet of car wash powderinto 2kg of water to become 2.5kg of car wash liquid (Suggest to use warm water in winter with better effect). And then set the proportioning pump to the scale of 4% with the dissolved car wash liquid as the above picture.

2.       Spray car wash liquid evenly when the car drives into the Car Wash.

3.       After flushing, immediately dry the car with big towel.

Manual Car Wash

1.       Dissolve a packet of car wash powder into 50kg of water with a bucket(dilution ratio 1: 90-130)

2.       Prewashing the car body to rinse off the dirty particle.

3.       Spray the car wash liquid evenly on the car with a watering can or wet a sponge with the liquid and wipe the car directly  .

4.       Rinse the solution after finishing wiping.

5.       After rinsing, immediately dry the car with big towel.
