Extrusion Coating & Laminating Machine is a customized, high production mid and hi-end model developed by QINGDAO SHICHENG. This machine uses PP/PE as raw material,adopts  flow-casting technology to single-side/double side laminate film with substrate(plastic fabric cloth) or paper plastic as two-in-one or three-in-one product. From unwind unit, laminating unit to windup unit, the whole machine is automatically controlled by computer and equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical devices, to achieve single control and group control linkage,mechnical speed can reach 200m/min based on customer requirements,it has the characteristics of advanced technology, stable quality, convenient operation and high automation.

The lamination section adopts three roller calender,which has the characteristics of uniform force, convenient operation, safety and reliability.The laminating section can be equipped with preheating rollers for preheating and drying of substrate,laminating roller, silicone roller and press roller are double-layer forced water cooling circulatory structure,cooling effect is great.

Rewinder uses dancing roller for auto tension control, flat pushing structure with pressure arm, double-station constant tension surface friction windup, pneumatic crosscutting, and is equipped with edge trimming and edge blowing device, product length metering device to achieve non-stop roll changing and flat roll windup (roll discharge device as option is available)

Aiming at the laminating of jumbo bag substrate ,the machine adopts brake device for fabric roll flattening to ensure that the substrate surface is flat before laminating and improve the product quality. Double-station unwinder adopts auto edge positioning controller for automatically orient and positioning control of substrate,and control the surface tension of substrate by brake,to achieve pneumatic connection of cloth and roll changing without shut down.

The production output is improved and the energy consumption is reduced. It’s equipped with turret device for tubular fabric, to realize double sided laminating of the tubular fabric. The extruder adopts double-layer structure, and the plastic extrusion flowchannel adopts computer simulation design. The extrusion capacity is large, the mixing effect is better, and the energy consumption is lower.

Intelligent production, reduce labor. The whole machine can be equipped with human-machine interface and PLC programmable control, to achieve the program proportional linkage adjustment, fault interlocking, interlocking and other automation functions.
