Q3: Can I do customized design (change color, material, size, structure and logo ECT)?

A: Yes, we both support OEM and ODM design.

We can do custom logo on the products by embossed, foil-stamping, silk-screen, laser engraving, embroidering, or make metal plates.

Q4: Can I get samples, is it charged? Is the sample charge refundable?

A4: We are honored to offer you sample, it's charged in first time.

We will refund your sample cost after your confirm the order. The cost will reduce on your order amount or refund to your account immediately.

Q5: What is your sample delivery time?

A: In normal take 3~15 days.

Q6: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?

A: 200pcs per style per color

Q7: What’s your lead time for mass production?

A:15-60 days, depends on designs and order quantity.

Q8: How often do you develop new models?

A: We regularly develop 20~30 new style bags per month,  before exhibition will develop around 100 pcs of lady handbags per month.
