Products: Cold mold halves:

Design screw and taper fit between the cavity so that the preform can maintain the same taper;

Reasonable runner design, enhanced internal preform mold cooling, effectively shortening the production cycle;

Templates and shaping part are imported stainless steel. After the heat treatment before machining, ensuring high precision;

Runner:

To ensure that the differences between the individual balance runner preform design within the specified tolerance range;

Each of the major components of hot runner, such as nozzle heating coil, nozzle, and heat risk, are directly purchased from Italy, quality and durability;

Hot runner temperature control using PID UPS technology, intuitive operation, simple;

Each temperature zone temperature can be adjusted individually, effectively reducing the production process of thermal degradation, thereby reducing the viscosity drop and acetaldehyde values.

Cold-half:

Mould plates are made of 420 heat-treated stainless steel, interal stress of which is eliminated by hardening and tempering; 

S136 high strength anti-corrosive stainless steel with hardness greater than 50HRC is used for mould stacks.

Compact designed mould with high precision machining ensures molded preform free of defects like flash, bubbles,incompatible dimensions etc;

Preform wall thickness variation is able to achieve less than 0.12mm.

Cams and cam followers with bearings made of high strength anti-corrosive S136 stainless steel are adopted for preform demoulding.

All contacting surfaces are filled in with lubrication copper alloy to reduce wearing.

Mould structure including mould plates, stacks etc. its easy assemble & dismantle features is compatible with international branded moulds.

Spiral type water circuits leads to fast preform cooling.

Surface heat treatment is conducted for all contacting surfaces to make sure smooth and durable running of the mould.

Axial matching design in between neck ring and cavity guarantees the same axial rate in preform;
