UNQ Large Commercial and Agricultural Greenhouse
A greenhouse (also called a glasshouse) is a structure with walls and roof made mainly of transparent material, such as polycarbonate sheet, in which plants requiring regulated climatic conditions are grown.
A more scientific definition is "a covered structure that protects the plants from extensive external climate conditions and diseases, creates optimal growth microenvironment, and offers a flexible solution for sustainable and efficient year-round cultivation." A modern greenhouse operates as a system, therefore it is also referred to as controlled environment agriculture (CEA), controlled environment plant production system (CEPPS), or phytomation system.
Many commercial greenhouses or hothouses are high tech production facilities for vegetables or flowers. The glass greenhouses are filled with equipment including screening installations, heating, cooling, lighting, and may be controlled by a computer to optimize conditions for plant growth. Different techniques are then used to evaluate optimality-degrees and comfort ratio of greenhouse micro-climate (i.e., air temperature, relative humidity and vapor pressure deficit) in order to reduce production risk prior to cultivation of a specific crop.

Cooling system

1)The cooling pads are installed on one side of the green house.
2)The exhaust fans eject the air from the greenhouse
negative pressure formed in the greenhouse.
3)The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pads,
resulting in the effects of cooling, moistening and air-
dedusting.
Outside shelter system + electric control
The external shading system is installed on the top of the greenhouse with a sunshade net that can be driven by electricity. The principle is to filter the excess light through the round wire shade net to achieve indoor cooling effect. The external shading drive system adopts type A gear transmission, and the motor adopts a high-quality three-phase deceleration motor.

Ventilation system + insect proof net
For single-span greenhouses, mechanical ventilation requires suction from the air intakes, through the entire greenhouse to reach the opposite side of the exhaust fan, and natural ventilation is to make the wind flow between the side windows and greenhouse skylights. For multi-span greenhouses, mechanical ventilation inlets and outlets are installed on both sides. In addition to natural ventilation, there is also a greenhouse insect proof net.
Irrigation system
In the modern intelligent greenhouse irrigation system, the pressure tank automatic water supply system or frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system can be used to control the running status of the water pump, so that the intelligent greenhouse irrigation system can obtain stable pressure and flow of irrigation water, and can automatically and regularly irrigate according to the soil water content.
Heating System
Heating System of Greenhouse refers to a set of suitable heating facilities chosen to meet the heating demands, consisting of heating source, heat-radiating facilities, heat-transmitting facilities. The main accessories include furnace, transmission pipeline, circulating water, radiator and sorts of controlling or regulating valves, etc.
