A6: Anhong Video provides 12 months warranty for all the Car DVR devices, we provide free repair services during the warranty period if there are any defective items. but it is only compliant for normal wear and tear of the goods. The policy not responsible for any equipment problems due to inappropriate operation by the user.
Q7: How about your delivery time?
A7: Generally, less than 5K units will take 15-20 working days after our financial Dept. confirmed your payment. Hot purchasing season will take 25-35 working days for the mass production.
