Molecular sieve 4A is a kind of alkali-metallic silicon-aluminum compounds, it is the sodium form of the type A crystal structure. Molecular sieve 4A has an effective pore opening of 4 angstroms (0.4nm). 4A molecular sieves can absorb the molecules which critical diameter is not more than 4 angstroms. 4A molecular sieve is used in the dryness of gases and liquid. If it lost effectiveness, 4A zeolite can be regenerated to reuse.
