Specifications:
HY-PUR-1400 PUR single side lamination line(three rollers spreader,complete cover for prevent dust,the finished surface of glue like a mirror,and which can contorl the glue 15-20g per meter.
1) Panel:partical board,MDF,polywood,plastic board,gypsum board foamed,plastic board etc.
2) Cover Material:PET,PVC,paper,HPL,CPL,acylic,matel film etc.
3) Glue:PUR hot melt glue,PO,PSA,EVA hot melt etc.
Including:
1.Panel conveyor belt for panel feeding.
2.Dust cleaing for remove the dust from panel.
3.Oven for heating the panel before coating the glue.
4.Glue spreader(Dosing roller is steel roller,and silicon rubber roller for glue coating, both roller are oil heating inside)
5.Roller pressing machine.
6.Out feeding conveyor.
7.55gallon PUR hot melt glue tank.
8.Automatic loading and unloading ,cutting,trimming,panel turning device could be optional
