Q1. How many pieces do I need ?

 

For the average head size , here is my suggestion:

8"---14"  2 pieces

16"---20"  3 pieces

22"---28"  4 pieces or more.

 

 Q2. Can I dye color the hair?

 

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficult to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair.

We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

 

Q3. Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

 

You can wash them as  your own hair with the Shampoo and conditioner. We also suggest you use a hair treatment on them every few weeks. Because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it can not get the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask is much needed to wash your extensions , about every 3 weeks.

The extensions can be blow-dryed with a strong airflow and not just a hot one.But don't do it  too often. The best is to let your hair extensions dry naturally .

 

Q4. Why are my hair extensions getting tangle?

 

Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

 

Q5.Why my hair extension shedding?

 

The first time you wash it, it may have a little shedding, and don’t worry, this is normal phenomenon. Brush them with a comb, wet them before you brush them, put leave in conditioner into them. So that, to prevent your hair extensions.

Hair loss can be caused by many things. Heat damage from blow-dryers, curling irons, and flatirons, as well as coloring and extensions all result in breakage.

 

Q6. What type of hair care products should I use?

 

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
