Mikemaycall:It usually takes about 3-7 days for your order arrive,but as this is the shopping season,

Q4:why does the seller say that the goods have shipped,but I see the information is still"waiting for delivery" or "info received"
Mikemaycall:we usually ship to you deliver goods but need the second day to fill the tracking number for you,the system will display "delivery"
Q5:why some products are use"meters"as Sales unit but some are use"yards"as Sales unit?

Q6:why did I get the product length less than the description?
Mikemaycall:our products are need to dye or print,in order to ensure your health this is done in a high temperature process, the high temperature makes the fabric shrinkage, so that the fabric is shorter than the actual,but don't worry, we will strive to improve production process, the error control in 0.3 yards or so (normal circumstances are 5 yards)
Q7:How to start an order with us?
MIKEMAYCALL:
1).Send deposit or full payment after we confirm the Proforma invoice with each other ,
2).you will get our bank information on proforma invoice.After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. Online Alipay ,Trade Assurance,T/T and Paypal, Western Union ,Ria,Moneygram are the most usual ways we are using
Q8:What's the order procedure?
1).First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM/Whatsapp/Viber
2).we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production
3).After we get the deposit, we start to process the order
4).We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished,
5).we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q9:How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
MIKEMAYCALL:Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment
Q10:How do you check all the goods in the production line?
MIKEMAYCALL:We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure
