1.Raw Materials: Silica sand, Soda ash, Limestone and others
2.Batch house: Weighing and mixing of raw material, and transport to the hopper at the melting furnace
3.Melting: Melting of mixed raw materials about 1550℃ in the melting furnace
4.Feeding: Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.
5.Forming: Forming of bottle by the glass bottle-forming machine for designed bottle shape
6.Annealing: Annealing of bottles as they leave the glass bottle-forming machine
7.Inspection: After annealing in the lehr , a bottle is strictly checked on Automatic inspection machine and visually inspect each bottle to confirm quality by skilled technicians
8.Additional processing: Decal, Frosting, spraying
9.Packing and Shipment: Bottles are packed according to their destination, and are stored in the warehouse or shipped

Q3. Are free samples available?

Yes, samples are available for free, and delivery cost negotiable (for new clients, pls offer your courier account so as freight collected, and once the cooperation started, we will deduct the cost from batch lot, for regular clients, delivery cost at our side).

Q4. What's your MOQ and delivery time?

For regular bottle style in regular color, we have the bottle in stock , the MOQ can be 1*40 HQ , we can ship them in 7-10days .

Q5. What solutions will be taken in case of quality issue?

In case of the product you received with quality issue, please take photos and tell us the defected quantity, we together will take out the sealed benchmark bottle samples, if it is confirmed responsibility at our side, we will replace the defected items to you at next PO. Also, we will issue quality complain report to have CAR (correct action response) so that such defect not happen anymore.

Q6. What’s the mold charge for the customized bottle?

Usually the mold charge is need around 8000$-10000$ for the single mold , the production line around 6sets to 8 sets . For the double production line , the mould charge need 13000$--15000$ , the production line usually is 8 double sets.
