1. How should I process the order?
Please send us email providing detail information as much as possible, such as size, quantity, material, package, etc, if it is customized design, provide us the design art-work as well.
2. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 5000bags(100000pcs)/design. But we accept smaller quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many bags you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping that you can place large orders after checking quality of our products.
3. Can I get samples?
Yes. We can send you free samples with freight to be collected.
4. Can you make samples for custom design?
Yes. We can. But there is a sample charge. This charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed, if your order quantity meets MOQ100, 000pcs/design.
