1, General description

The Flux-cored Welding Wire Production Line is mainly used for shaping, flux filling, sealing and drawing the tubes according to customer’s requirements. The line starts from decoiling of steel strip with various dimensions, through cleaning system, forming system, drawing system and final drawn welding wires are collected in coils with specific weight.

1.1 Standard configuration of line:

---Steel strip decoiling device

---Ultrasonic cleaning system

---Cold shaping station with motorized rollers

---Flux powder station for filling into tube

---Tube closing station with motorized rollers

---Multiple blocks drawing machine with rolling cassettes or rotating die box

---Layer rewinder for specific weight wire coil
