Production Process

1. Send your design or samples to us

2. We make handmade sample or 3D sample for your approval

3. You confirm the sample or we modify the sample again

4. After you approval it, We open mold

5. After mold opening finished, we arrange Mass production

6.After Mass production finished, we ship it out

1,How to make sample?

1).Clients provide samples ,drawing or design ;

2). Sculpture clay or print 3D statue based on clients pictures/3D file, then send pictures to clients confirm ;

3).After got client confirmation, copy PU resin/resin sample based on clay prototype, then coloring it.

2,How to make mass production?

1).Making mould based on sample which client confirmed.

2).Making pre-production sample by mould, send it or picture to client confirm.

3).Making painting mould based on pre-production.

4).Mass production and pating.

5).Package and shipment.

3,What is process of products?

First: Sculpture prototype; we will send clay picture and PU sample picture to you confirm detail, and we can modify if you think any position is not ok.

Second: Sending finished sample to you check our work quality and detail, then we will make mould base on the sample.

Third: Sending pre-production sample or pictures to you.

Fourth: Starting mass production after sample finished, step by step, and we will send mass production picture to you check, so you needn't worry about quality, it is no risk for you.
