1. How long is the lead time?

    Normally our production period is about 40 days. In the case of client special request, we will speed up the production progress against the project time table provided before production.

2. If I need an offer, what information do you want?

    If clients want to know the price of certain fixed seat, please give us the DWG drawing, pictures (if it is possible), progress of construction sites. We will estimate whether our seats satisfy with the concrete steps according to our seat’ dimension and the international safety requirements of fire exits.

     Regarding on the projects of telescopic grandstands, besides the above documents, please tell us the quantity of site seats, the roof height, and the ground carrying ability, and so on. We will introduce the best solution according to these documents.

3. Do you deliver the installed system or only the parts?

    Generally speaking, we deliver the parts. If the client ask us deliver the installed system, it is OK. But the system dimension will be strict in accordance with the container volume, and it will increase largely on the freight cost.

4. How long of the delivery time?

    For different countries and regions, the delivery time is different. 

5. How long about your guarantee?

    It is 5 years guarantee except man-made damage. One year free maintenance, other years needs payment. During the guarantee period, our salesman will visit our clients regularly to make sure good communication for each other. We also can give the client after sales service throughout its life.
