Product discription:
Chemical indicator card for plasma sterilization and steam sterilization is that a chemical substance with thermal chemicals, reagent and their their accessories made of ink, and printing ink on the special card paper which is printed standard color blocks (yellow). After complete plasma sterilization or steam sterilization, the color of indicating color blocks will change from red to yellow, which means the sterilizationth meet the eligibility requirements.
Usable range:
Apply to the low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization process instructions.
The color changing: from Red into Yellow after sterilization.
The other Chemical indicators:
for steam, Eto sterilization process
Notice:
Don't put steriled kits close to cabinet interior wall.Indicator card also don't directly attached in metal, glass and other hard surface which are easy to form condensation,so as to avoid causing color agent of indicator card lose accuracy in the sterilization process.
Storage Condition:
1. Should be stored at room temperature (23℃ ± 2℃) and 65% ± 5% relative humidity.
2. Avoid light.
3. Avoid contact with corrosive gases.

Ugaiya chemical indicators are manufactured with special oil / water based heat sensitive ink. The card paper is special medical grade paper to ensure dryness even in a wet package. The process indicator ink shows clear and accurate color change after a successful sterilization cycle.
Class 4 Chemical Indicator utilizes color chemistry printed on a paperboard strip which progresses from yellow to black. The indicator coating is printed as two long strips - a black color reference standard is included for interpretive match.
Use as an internal chemical indicator to monitor exposure to conditions of steam sterilization inside packs for 121°C (250°F) and 134°C (272°F) gravity and vacuum assisted steam sterilizer cycles.
