Saxagliptin is a anti-diabetic drug.Saxagliptin is used as monotherapy or in combination with other drugs for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes. The synthesis of Saxagliptin by the amide coupling of N-Boc-3-hydroxyadamantylglycine and methanoprolineamide with EDC.
