1. How about the payment terms?
Answer: We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before the delivery. Other terms like O/A and L/C also available, we can discuss in details.
2. How do you guarantee your quality?
Answer: Firstly, quality test in every process. We produce most components by ourselves, started from cutting raw material, machining roughly in the first step, casting, forging, punching, heat treatment, finish machining, painting, assembling and finally packing, we will spot check for each step.
Secondly, we collect all comments on our products from customers in time, then improve quality all the time.
3. Is the whole working procedure finished by your workshop?
Answer: 90% procedures are finished in our workshop, so we can control strictly the quality of components and finished products. Surface color treatment is done outside but we check each batch incoming materials.
4. How about your delivery time and stock status?
Answer: We have stock for our best-selling products and most models, so we can shorten delivery time to 3 days and even 1 day after order confirmation.
5. How long is your warranty period?
Answer: Standard warranty period is 12 months.
6. Can you provide OEM service and have our own logo on products?
Answer: Yes, we work on OEM orders. That's ok to have your own logo on the products. Please contact us with details before placing order.
7. How about the packing and shipping?
Answer: Normally, we have plastic carrying case, carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to let us know.
8. Where is your factory located? Can I visit your factory?
Answer: We are in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, east China. We have international airport. 1 hour from Shanghai by train. Very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome.
