The SFZ-5 series automatic pouch packing machine is designed for stand up spout pouch package products such as jelly, jam, beverage, toothpaste, soy products, edible oil, seasoning, juice, and chemical washing liquid.
The doypack filling machine is fully automatical,including pouches feeding, vacuum, filling, nitrogen gas filling, pouch mouth cleaning, air blowing, cap feeding, cap screwing, detecting, counting, product output,liquid level control.The filling capacity can be adjusted on touch screen.It can be added the cap lifter according to customer's requirement.
- Vacuum filling and nitrogen filling are performed at the same time to ensure the filling food does no drop.
- Adopt American Parker rodless cylinder to feed pouches to ensure smooth without jamming.
- The capping head is made of permanent magnet and has a scale,the capping torque can be adjusted.
- Adopt the servo driven fillling.The filling capacity can be adjusted.
- Equipment integrated CIP device which is compliant to hygienic standard, guarantees the material contacting pipes and valves etc. be thoroughly cleaned by rinsing.
- With air purifer,producing in the clean environment.
- With pouch detection,no pouch not filling,defective products are removed,qualified products are counting.
