With this specialty, this film is widely used for moulding in silk screen printing, lithographic printing, offset printing,textile printing. By nanotechnology treatment, this film is given a smooth surface. And this smooth surface is helpful when pumping out the air in the exposure machine. The air between film and polyester mesh would be easily pumped out.
The probability of bubble remaining between film and mesh would reduce to zero. This would greatly improve the quality of the exposed polyester mesh. Besides, the smooth surface is helpful during storage, to keep the film not sticking to each other. And during the printing, smooth surface would help the printer to catch the film, avoid slipping.
