This machine combines vacuumizing, dosing filling, sealing and recovery, It will fill under the cap and sealing immediately
QGBGS series are specifically designed for refrigerant gas filling with under cap filling process. The machine is equipped with PLC system and parameters can be easisy set with friendly touch screen interface, which contribute to process supervise and trouble shooting a lot.
Caps are take to a higher position under the force by vacuum pump, refrigerant gas is filled into cans through the gap of cap and can, a desired mass of gas is filled controlled by metering system, filling accuracy is more than 99%, the advantage of this machine is there is an exhaused gas collecting and re-cycle unit to achieve "green filling", the collecting and re-cycle times can be easily adjusted through touch scree from 2-4, and gas lose is no more than 3/1000.
stainless steel gas metering system, high efficiency boost pump, big capacity vacuum pump and extra gas buffer tank ensures a stable and reliable running of the machine.
