Purpose:

The machine is mainly applicable to shot blasting cleaning machine, specially used for steel pipes. It can impose shot blasting on the original surface of cylinder to remove the PVC,epoxy coating ,rust layer and oxide skin, in order to get a uniform metallic luster surface with certain smooth finish, so as to remove stress and improve surface coating quality and corrosion-resistant of the cylinder .

 

The main characteristics of the machine as follows:

 

1. The shot blasting machine adopts the down-up shot blasting mode. As steel pipes are of different diameters, their bottoms are at roughly the same height when conveyed on rollers. The shot blasting machine ejects shots in a down-up manner, and the distances between shots and the surface of steel pipes are basically the same, namely, the cleaning efficiency is uniformity.

 

2. Work pieces continuously pass through the entrance and exit of the shot blasting machine. Because of large difference in the cleaning diameters of steel pipes, and in order to prevent shots from flying outside, the machine uses multi-layer replaceable seal plates, so as to realize the complete sealing of the shots.

 

3. The centrifugal, hanging-arm, novel, effective and multifunctional shot blasting wheel impeller is adopted, which has a large shot blasting quantity, high efficiency, and rapid replacement of blades. It also has the function of integral replacement, and easy maintenance.

 

4. The adoption of full-curtain BE mode shot-residue separation machine, greatly increases the volume and efficiency of separation, and shot blasting quality, and reduces the wear of the shot blasting machine.
