1. Model:   Slab Formwork (pure steel, electrophoretic painted)

 

2. Application:  used together with plywood for concrete form. 

 

3. Components: 
-- Main Beam: length adjustable between 1.17m and 4.39m;
-- Sub Beam: normal size in L1.15m 
   Material of Beam: cold rolled steel

 

-- Vertical prop: OD48mm*THK 3.0mm*L 2.55m(normal)
                        easily connected to reach any required height

-- Horizontal prop: OD48mm*THK 2.75mm*L 1.22m(normal) 

-- 'U'-Screw: OD38mm*THK 3.0mm*L 0.6m(normal) 
   Material: seamless pipe, threaded

4. Load Capacity:    3500kg per s.q.m.(whole system) 

5. Installation:   A group of 4 workers can erect 300s.q.m in 8 hours.
