Insulation foam board fixing dowels 

- for rigid and semi-rigid insulating boards and panels

 

Fixing dowels with high penetration strength with all types of thermal insulation boards, suitable for brick and conrete walls.
The anchor is made of steel nail and PVC sleeve. It can be applied on the wall such as claybrick, normal concrete, concrete block, light-concrete or pore-concrete-block, aerated concreter etc

Field of application

It is fixed on the position where there is significant wind-suction-force or if the height is more than 20m or if the finishing coat is tile etc

Remarks

• Start drilling after sufficient hardening of the glue (min 24h later)

• Clean the drilled hole

• Make sure that not any damage to the thermal insulation layer or substrate were made during fixing the anchor

• Make sure that the depth of drilling is deeper than 40mm and the anchoring depth is min. 30mm

• The top of anchor can not be protrudent out of the surface of the thermal insulation layer

• For the tile system the anchor must be fixed through the thermal insulation layer, the alkali-resistant glass-fibre-mesh and fresh base coat; for the plaster system the anchor can fixed directlythrough the thermal insulation layer

The substrate should be sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

 

Application environment

Temperature:5°C~35°C

Avoid raining, high temperature and frost

Avoid direct sunlight and class 5 wind
