These polycarbonate food pan has met the standard imposed by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), which focuses public safety, health and the environment. These plastic high heat food pan is perfect for flash freezing, cooking, and reheating foods in any commercial kitchen.  They are shatter and scratch resistant. Pans, lids and drain shelves are available in a variety of sizes and all sold separately.

 

 

These high heat food pan’s convenient, non-stick smooth interior surface increases yields and promotes easy cleaning. Additionally, your pans will neatly stack without wedging or sticking during storage. 

 

How to choose a GN pan?

 

The gn pans are actually made in a number of standard sizes, standard depths, and different materials, so that they all act as a roughly interchangeable set. Two steps in choosing the right size of gn pan that you are looking for:

 

1, In foodservice industry, we use full, half, third,-quarter, sixth and ninth size as referring to standard gn pan size term. You can mix and match sizes to give you one full size steam pan space. For instance, you can buy 2 half size, or 3 third size steam pans for your full size chafer or food warmer.

 

2, Next selection is the depth of the gn pan. Standard sizes are 65mm, 100mm 150mm and 200mm deep. We offer even more option to our customer at 25 and 40mm tray size only.
