Jeou Luh is a Taiwan producer of all kinds of PU-based products.
For over 10 years, we have been providing all manner of coated foam products for sports like football, soccer, tennis, dodgeball and flying disc...etc .
With total capacity of about 1 million foam balls per year, we supplies many sporting goods brands and retailers. Meanwhile, we have our own producing brand name : Joylight .

In 2015, for expanding the production capacity, we started another factory on Batam Island in Indonesia, just little distance across from Singapore.
In 2016, we were authorized the usage of OFFCIAL WDBF logo on our 178 cm (7 inch) PU skin foam dodgeball, which made us into one of the standard manufacturers of the balls.
Awarded the certification of SGS with free of major heavy metal, BPA, phthalates material, quality meets European and USA safety standard for children's toys, such as REACH, EN-71 pt 1~3, 9~11, DIN 53160 and ASTM regulations...etc .
Apart from foam products, we also focus on chemicals such as adhesives, resin, paint and other PU-related products including Park golf ball which is increasingly popular in Japan and Korea and Foam blocks for ice hockey sticks and prosthetic limbs and other CNC cutting usage.
