Operation:

 

1, Make clean of wound point, and make mark;

 

2, Sanding the wounded point, and the sanding area is little bigger than the broken point;

 

3, Put the glue onto the broken point evenly;

 

4, Make a rubber sheet which fit for the broken point, and put it on the point. If the broken point is big, put more one rubber sheet on it;

 

5, Make the heater onto the sheet, and adjust the screw rod to press the sheet tightly, and stable the tyre;

 

6,Turn on the button and to heat the sheet, when the broken area is vulcanized well, to turn off the switch. Loose the screw rod and take off the tyre. 

 

Note: as to how much vulcanizing time, it depends the vulcanizing area and thickness of rubber sheet.
