Packing Procedure

Every piece will be wrapped in a brown paper and then full piece will be wrapped in corrugation sheet. Once it is wrapped in corrugation sheet, 4 such pieces will be placed in a brown standard export quality Master Pack.

As per the clients requirements, we can provide FBA labels and this will not be a chargeable service

Please feel free to ask for samples before finalizing order for complete satisfaction from your side. Samples will be shipped by DHL/Fedex. Generally it takes 8 to 10 business days for samples to reach final destination.

Q: How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?
Ans: We will be happy to send the sample before the order are placed to us. Our Sample department can dispatch sample/samples to check the quality on customer DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account.

Q-Can you offer us sample for quality ref.? And how to charge?
A: Yes, the sample will be free of charge for quality checking, but you need to pay the freight.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
Ans: We take about 30 days to ship an order/ Production lead time is 30 Days Ex-Factory.
For customized products, the delivery time is 45-60 days after receiving your payment. That is dependent on the total quantity required.

Q: How do you control the quality?
Ans: The goods are checked on every stage from Raw material procurement to final packaging. We do quality testing before starting the bulk production. Also, there is stricy quality control system in place to ensure good quality to the client. Also, we always request our customers to inspect the goods before shipping.

Q: How to proceed with the order if I have logo to print?
Ans: First, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is ok, then we will proceed for bulk production.
