-Application:
Used for sterility test of drugs and biological products, detection of aerobic bacteria and anaerobes

-Usage:
Weigh 29.25g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, and divide it into suitable containers. 2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes and quickly cool down. Before the test product is inoculated, the height of the oxide layer of the culture medium shall not exceed 1/3 of the depth of the culture medium. Otherwise, it must be heated in a water bath at 100°C until the pink color disappears (not more than 20 minutes), and then cooled quickly, only heating once, and it should be prevented from being contaminated.
