Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for testing firstly.

A: 1 year warranty provided. More than 1 year warranty if we keep cooperation.
Q: How to replace my previous and broken locks without change doors.
A: If locks from us, there is no need to change the door, very simple.
