Packages are generally dispatched within 4 – 6 business days after we receive the payment receipt. 

Customs

We have a shipping agent who will clear the merchandise from customs on behalf of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, packages are cleared right away without any issues.

Returns

We accept the return of items within 15 days of receiving the package.

We will refund the price of the items.

Delivery fees are excluded and customers have to pay for the courier charges of their country to return the package to us.
