High-speed multifunctional chamfering machine is an auxiliary mechanical equipment developed by our company based on the application of foreign technologies. Features

1. One machine performs the chamfering of straight, arc-shaped, as well as non-standard curved bevel.

2. The chamfering speed reaches 10,000 rpm. High surface finish quality.
3. The machine is equipped with an imported indexable inserts (rhombus and square shapes), the replacement of which is very convenient. It is suitable for chamfering and removing burrs from products made of carbon and stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloys, cermets, plastics, etc. Chamfering parameters are adjustable 0-3mm. These parameters are very accurate, resulting in a smooth surface.

4. The machine can only chamfer C angle, can not do radius one.

Mechanical Maintenance and maintenance:
The machine should be regularly checked and maintained in accordance with the following:
