RTHZ07 1067mm Gauge Railway Bogies for Wagons

RTHZ07 Bogies is specially designed for 1067mm gauge railway wagons. It is used for newly-built wagons or refublishment.

Its axle load is 20t and the operating speed(max.) is 100km/h. The configuaration shll permit for easy maintenance.

This bogie is three-big-pieces casting bogies, and mainly composed of wheelset, side frame, bolster, brake rigging, center spring suspension system, constant friction snubbing device, roller bearing, and side bearing and etc.

Axle shall be in accordance with AAR M101, the journal size of axle is 5 1/2''X10''. Wheel shall be in accordance with AAR M107/M208, the wheel diameter is 863mm. The press-mounted wheel and axle is according to AAR standard. The bearing adopt Class D 5 1/2''X10'' tapered roller bearings in accordance with AAR M-934, manufacturer is Timken, SKF or FAG.

The bogie adopt basic brake device, and its brake leverage ratio is 5.88. The bogie adopts forged brake beam and composition brake shoes.
