Sand Pump Dredger Pantoon To Collect Sand from river bed

1. 90°winding outlet ,connect with pump casing by 8 bolts,can be changed to different directions according to
need.
2. Pump casing:connect with support frame by 6 bolts,abrasion resistant impeller is installed inside,outlet
direction can be adjusted as per 60°gap.

3. Protecting plate:made by high chrome alloy,installed between pump casing and support frame,fixed by 6
pieces bolts on pump casing and support frame.

4. Oil fitting:for bearing box oil injection,screw tightly after injecting 2kg oil.

5. Shaft seal box:installed outside of protecting plate,there are seal parts inside,easy installation and
maintainence

6. Oil fitting:installed on shaft seal box,convenient to lucbricate the seal parts in order to prolong the seal parts
and shaft sleeve lifetime.

7. Shaft sleeve:made of high chrome alloy,installed on pump shaft between round nut and impeller for
protecting the shaft because of its abrasion resistant material.

8. Round nut:left-hand thread,two pieces every pump,can fix and lock the impeller after adjusting the impeller
gap properly,please loose the round nuts first when dismantle impeller.

9. Water retaining plate(oil seal type pump):installed on pump shaft and next to bearing gland,rotate with pump
shaft in same speed and direction.if mechanical seal pump,the machanical seal gland is same as 6PNL-35 in
design.

10. Support frame:installed between pump casing and bearing box,it is main part for supporting pump casing
and bearing box.
11. Pump rotation direction is clockwise judge from motor side,counter clockwise is prohibited.
