Question 2: Are you factory or trading company?
Answer: We have our own factory,  located in Xiamen City.
 
Question 3: Can you do OEM project?
Answer: Yes, OEM service is available. 

Question 4: What's your MOQ?
Answer: OEM order MOQ is 500 pcs as usual. But we can accept lower quantity for trial order.
 
Question 5: Can you provide samples?
Answer: Yes, samples are available. Sample time 5-7 days as usual.
 
Question 6: How long is your production lead time?
Answer: 30-45 days usually. But the exact date affected by order quantities, material etc.
 
Question 7: What's your payment term?
Answer: T/T. 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance upon B/L copy.
 
Question 8:  How can you protect my designs and my brands?
Answer: We won't display your designs and brands to other customers, and won't display them in the internet, exhibition, sample room etc, and we can sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with you and our sub-contractors.
