High Pressure Homogenizer Machine for Dairy&Pharmaceutical Industry

Homogenizers are an innovative alternative that provides solutions in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry for the preparation of suspensions, microemulsions, nanoencapsulation and cell lysis. The homogenization causes the rupture of the fatty globules thus decreasing their size and stabilizing the emulsion of the fat against the separation by gravity. The disintegration of the globules is achieved by the combination such as turbulence and cavitation.
