FAQ

 Q: What’s the difference between EPDM rubber and Natural rubber?

A:1, Natural rubber from the rubber trees , but EPDM is synthetic ;

    2,EPDM rubber becomes harder after aging , but natural rubber become softer and more tacky.

    3,EPDM heat aging performance, insulation and corrosion resistance is better than the natural rubber ;

    4,EPDM waterproof, hot water and steam performance much better than natural rubber ,the most prominent performance is the high pressure steam performance and even better than the fluorine rubber

    5, Another advantage is EPDM can be filled with the largest amount, you can fill a large variety of carbon black and a lot of filler and almost does not affect the performance and so on.

Q:What’s the difference between Brass(Copper) and Zinc alloy?

A:Zinc alloy, low melting point, good liquidity, easy fusion welding, corrosion resistance in atmosphere, deformed material easy to recycle and remelting;But low creep strength, prone to natural aging changes size.

    Pure copper density 8.96, melting point is 1083 degree centigrade , with excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance.

Q:How to store tire valves?

A:Products should be stored in a dry and ventilated, anti high temperature, sun proof, corrosion resistance, no oil warehouse,storage no more than six months since the date of delivery.
