All shipping charges are based on our heavily discounted ‘Ground rates’ prescribed by them. You may choose any of these or may also use their own shipping account. 

Can I get my order parcel on my own shipping account?
You may choose to get your parcel delivered through your choice of shipping partner, with the entire cost borne by you. You may contact your partner freight carrier(s) for more details.

How do I track my order parcel(s)?
The moment your order parcel is dispatched for your desired intimated destination, an e-mail containing the details of the Freight carrier’s AWB Number (Airway Bill No.) or the tracking number, will be sent to you. Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?
Any changes in the ‘submitted’ order instructions are usually not allowed. What if I wish to cancel my order after placing it?
