OverviewAfter years of research on DNA detection technology, Superbio recently launched the new Honor-1816 Genetic Analyzer, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies in this field. Our engineers have made optimization on its function, laser, detection wavelength, temperature control accuracy and system software, offering you excellent operating experience. Together with our self-developed YESU AY60 Fluorescent Detection Kit, Honor-1816 can meet the construction needs of both autosomal and Y-chromosome databases.


System Components

Honor-1816 Genetic Analyzer contains:

Hardware: optical system (including laser, fluorescence testing module, area array CCD detector), automatic 3D sampler, automatic gel injection module, high-voltage power, incubator, embedded central measurement and control circuit, drive and control circuits for each component.

Software: DNA data acquisition software, forensic DNA fragment analysis software.

Consumables: capillary array, buffer, gel, formamide, fluorescence calibration substances.

Applications

Honor-1816 Genetic Analyzer is applicable to individual and relationship identification in forensic DNA laboratory. Being an all-open platform, Honor-1816 is compatible with mainstream reagent kits both at home and abroad. The instrument can be utilized for STR analysis as well as other scientific researches. The system contains instrument, built-in reagent kits, data capture software and expert analysis software, therefore can be used to handle common cases in forensic DNA laboratory and construct DNA database.
